Super food served by chef Asier who also started such restaurants as La Sal in Bali.

Food from northen Spain’s Basque region made with fresh organic locally sourced ingredients. The Pan seared coral trout w manchego salad and the signature dish such as tempura sardines drizzled with an apple . Mmmm.Yummy Totally reasonably priced and a must try on your visit to Trawangan.
